Mars and Pluto Shaping Events

The most extraordinary high-level investigation of 1999 intensified last week when Attorney-General Janet Reno ordered U.S. Marshals to seize videotapes from the FBI headquarters. The tapes give detailed evidence that the bureau fired pyrotechnic military rounds on the day that the Branch Davidian’s compound burnt to the ground, reversing six years of FBI denials.

Over the next two weeks Mars in Sagittarius will be approaching Pluto, a potent combination which brings ruthless power struggles across the geopolitical landscape. The closer this aspect gets to exact (on September 15 at 12:20 am EDT), the more intense the rivalries get. Those with personal planets* around 7º-9º Sagittarius will be strongly influenced by this combination, as will those with planets in the same degree area but in the other mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, and Pisces).

The United States has Uranus in this degree zone, located in the intelligence gathering sign of Gemini. Gemini also rules transportation and telecommunications. Over the past week the airline traffic problems have received expanded media attention, as the FAA and airline CEOs blame each other for the accelerating number of complaints.

The U.S. Uranus resides in the eighth house of the federal budget and taxes. President Clinton is expected to veto the Republican federal budget, and the debate is sure to escalate, likely leading to a government shutdown after October 1 as transit Pluto inches closer to its opposition to the U.S. Uranus.

Uranus in the eighth house also represents high-tech businesses, so we can expect some aggressive mergers and hostile takeovers. Then, as the Mars-Pluto conjunction gets closer, the nation’s transportation links are increasingly susceptible to major accidents.

The Age of Aquarius and 11:11

Do you see 11:11 more often than seems reasonable? Perhaps you want to know what time it is, and are mildly surprised to see the numerologically curious time of 11:11 cropping up over and over again. The pure symmetry and freakishness of this phenomena is reported by keen observers across our digitized global village.

One-one-dot-dot-one-one might be signaling the beginning of the Age of Aquarius, which is the eleventh sign. In our holographic universe, images and numbers resonate with the shifting epochs. Every 2000 years or so the pervasive symbols change shape to mark the changing times. Fish symbols were prominent during the Age of Pisces and the Christian era. During the previous two millennia the Ram symbolized the warrior Age of Aries and showed up regularly on shields, statues, and other sacred artifacts.

Now we have the World Wide Web whose symbol www replicates the Aquarius glyph, and symbolizes the pouring of the waters of knowledge across the planet. For the first time in history, everyone has access to all the information. When everybody knows everything, can the Age of Aquarius be far behind?

Then, some metaphysicians suggest that those who are receiving this 11:11 signal are psychically in tune with the Pleiadians who are transmitting messages from across the galaxy. While Seti (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence) researchers broadcast microwaves, Pleiadians are said to be returning the call via ESP codes that say “Pssst. Look at the clock.”

FBI Director Louis Freeh

Although American media hasn’t mentioned the FBI’s growing power in Washington, foreign media have been watching. According to the London Sunday Telegraph, since Louis Freeh took over the FBI in September 1993 he has succeeded in adding $370 million to the agency’s budget for 2000 new agents, and expanded domestic security operations from 100 in 1995 to over 800 by 1998.

Louis Freeh was born on January 6, 1950 with the Sun in the authoritative, bureaucratically-savvy sign of Capricorn (at 10:30 am in Jersey City, NJ according to his birth certificate). Freeh’s stern demeanor and business-like approach to managing the FBI is strengthened by Saturn’s prominence in his chart (conjunct the Descendant, trine the Sun).

With secretive Pisces Rising, and his Sun square Neptune, Freeh has a knack for undercover work. His ability to camouflage his intentions are reinforced by a charming Mars in Libra, which publicly (7th house) seeks cooperation in a non-competitive environment.

The current round of trouble facing the FBI over the Waco incident can be seen by peeking into Freeh’s 12th house. Freeh was appointed to head the FBI while his ruling planet, Saturn, was transiting his 12th house, possibly indicating an ongoing cover-up that needed skillful attention.

Vesta, the asteroid governing secret organizations, is found in Freeh’s 12th house next to Venus. This combination reflects his devotion and love for the network of FBI agents. Freeh’s emotionally intense Moon-Pluto conjunction opposes his Venus-Vesta, a major planetary configuration activated by the powerful August 11 Solar Eclipse.
